4. Booking and Cancellation

Bookings are subject to availability. Cancellation policies vary by service type and timing. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service are free of charge.

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

6. Limitation of Liability

MasterKey acts as an intermediary and is not liable for the quality of services provided by professionals. However, we guarantee satisfaction and will work to resolve any issues.
